Pay: $30–35/hour
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid: 6 days/month on-site)
The RoleWe are looking for a highly organized Project Manager to drive marketing campaigns and creative workflows. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage end-to-end project timelines, and ensure the delivery of high-quality brand assets in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination: Lead schedules and task assignments in ; facilitate communication between internal teams and external vendors.
Creative Support: Manage design workflows and asset libraries (photo/video) to ensure brand consistency and accessibility.
Campaign Execution: Assist in planning and executing multi-channel campaigns (email, web, social, print) and provide post-campaign performance reports.
Stakeholder Management: Streamline the approval process and manage feedback across departments.
Experience: 2–4 years in marketing project management or communications.
Tools: Mastery of (or similar) and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite/Canva
.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, detail-oriented mindset, and knowledge of digital marketing best practices.
