  • Serve as the chief steward of corporate messaging and public reputation, including pre-IPO positioning and readiness.
  • Lead high-impact media relations and storytelling initiatives across consumer, technology, and financial media channels.
  • Oversee crisis communications and issues management; provide strategic counsel to senior leadership on reputational risk and response.
  • Establish scalable internal communications and executive messaging frameworks.
  • Drive executive thought leadership and visibility programs.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing global communications team.
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Legal, Investor Relations, Product, and HR teams.
Required Experience

  • Demonstrated success leading large, distributed teams and partnering closely with executive leadership.
  • Exceptional media relations expertise, strategic risk management capabilities, and strong crisis communications experience.
  • Mastery of narrative development, brand storytelling, and stakeholder engagement.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Significant experience managing communications across global regions including APAC, EMEA, and LATAM.
  • Background in a large private technology company, a publicly traded company, or head of financial company (might be a fit depending on candidate).
  • Multilingual abilities or demonstrated cultural fluency in international markets.
