  • Manage editorial sample requests for print, digital, and content shoots
  • Coordinate KOL and influencer pulls
  • Oversee approvals, shipping, tracking, returns, and follow‑up reporting
VIP Servicing
  • Handle sample requests from stylists, celebrity teams, and brand partners
  • Communicate clearly with clients on approvals and usage
  • Maintain brand guidelines and confidentiality at all times
Cross‑Office Coordination
  • Work closely with London and Mumbai teams on global opportunities
  • Manage international sample movement and time‑zone communication

Reporting & Client Support
  • Draft weekly and monthly press reports
  • Maintain media databases (Launchmetrics, Muck Rack)
  • Support seasonal planning, gifting initiatives, and client decks
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of fashion, luxury, or lifestyle PR experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple deadlines
  • Experience with sample trafficking and press coordination
  • Proficient in G‑Suite and standard PR platforms
  • In‑office role based in New York
This role is for you if:
  • You are genuinely interested in fashion, luxury, and cultural brands
  • You thrive in a fast‑moving, international environment
  • You are highly organized and operationally strong
  • You are proactive and take initiative
  • You are comfortable with occasional availability outside traditional 9–5 hours, particularly during Fashion Week and peak periods

This role is not for you if:
  • You require a strictly predictable 9–5 schedule year‑round
  • You are uncomfortable with logistics and operational detail
  • You need multiple layers of hierarchy before taking action
  • You are unwilling to prioritize peak fashion calendar periods (Jan–March, Sept–Oct)
Compensation & Benefits Salary:

$55,000–$65,000, commensurate with experience.

Benefits:

Eligible employees are offered a comprehensive benefits package, including:

  • Health insurance fully covered by L52 Communications
