Compensation Range: $50-55K

This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career (1–3 years) who can take ownership of campaigns, content, and brand initiatives. The Marketing Specialist will focus on email marketing, social media, and graphic design/branding, while also supporting website updates, events, and other marketing projects.

• Build, draft, and manage email campaigns (newsletters, announcements, business updates) using Mailchimp.
• Track and report on campaign performance and recommend improvements.
• Maintain and segment email lists as needed.
• Collaborate with leadership on campaign planning and messaging.

• Create and post engaging content on Linked In, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Monitor engagement, analyze metrics, and suggest improvements.
• Help shape the company’s social media presence and voice.

• Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital assets using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ensure consistent branding across all materials and channels.

• Assist with website updates (Word Press), events, recruiting campaigns, and other projects.
• Help create case studies, project spotlights, and other light copywriting.
• Collaborate with leadership on new marketing ideas and initiatives.

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or digital media (AEC or professional services a plus).
• Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp preferred).
• Familiarity with social media management, especially Linked In.
• Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Experience with website management (Word Press preferred).
• Strong writing, organization, and project management skills.
• Self-starter who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and take initiative.

Infinite Consulting Corp carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s experience, education, and training. The estimated salary for this position is a base salary of $50-55K.
