Overview

We are seeking a hyper-detailed and proactive Account Executive to join a fast-paced, high-visibility account. This role is a unique blend of technical precision and classic account management.

The primary focus of this role will be acting as the critical support partner to the Account Director, helping to execute our advanced Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) program—a complex system that delivers and serves thousands of personalized digital creative assets to consumers. There is opportunity to lead certain work streams within this role.

Additionally, you will be an essential member of the wider account team, providing support on larger, integrated brand campaigns and productions.

The ideal candidate is someone who finds genuine satisfaction in organization, thrives on managing complex data, and is undeterred by spreadsheets. If you triple-check your work and love making a complex plan come together, we want to talk to you.

Responsibilities
  • DCO Program Support:
Partner with and support the Account Director on all DCO campaign workflows, from briefing and creative development, to trafficking, launch and reporting. You will be hands‑on, managing key components of the process.
  • DCO Data & Matrix Management:
Own and manage creative matrices (the "source of truth" spreadsheets that map creative-to-data) which power the entire DCO engine.
  • DCO Program QA:
Act as the primary quality assurance checkpoint for the entire DCO program. This includes meticulously reviewing all creative assets, versioning, and trafficking sheets. You are the final line of defense responsible for catching any error before campaigns go live. This is one of the most critical functions of this role.
  • Cross‑Functional

    Collaboration:

Act as the key liaison between the client, internal Creative and Production teams, and external Media and Ad‑Tech partners. You ensure everyone has the information they need to execute.
  • Proactive Project Management:
Partner with Program Manager to manage project timelines, and anticipate bottlenecks before they happen. Effectively communicate status updates to internal teams and clients.
  • Integrated Campaign Support:
Provide flexible support on larger, integrated brand campaigns. This could include assisting on creative and production, timeline management, helping prepare for client presentations, traffic creative assets to media teams, and updating client production budget tracking documents.

Core Account Support:
Manage client communications, schedule key meetings, capture and distribute clear/actionable notes, and own all project documentation.

Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in an advertising agency, media agency, or digital marketing environment
  • Expert‑level proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Exceptional attention to detail and unwavering commitment to accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build positive relationships with clients and people in other agency departments
  • Demonstrate ability to organize and review performance data
  • Prior experience with DCO programs is a plus, but not required
  • Proactive in nature
  • High level of enthusiasm to learn and an interest in furthering a career in advertising
