The Opportunity

The Creative Strategy Manager, Grubhub & Tastemade Ads is a senior role within the Ad Sales organization, reporting to the Head of Branded Content.

This role supports the growth and scale of Grubhub’s advertising offerings by developing compelling strategies and solutions, translating them into clear, persuasive proposals, and helping shape how Grubhub advertising evolves by identifying and validating new opportunities across the platform.

In parallel, this role drives standalone Tastemade partnerships and develops integrated programs that bring together Grubhub and Tastemade, where they create incremental value.

You will serve as a strategic partner to Sales — combining commercial rigor, creative thinking, and platform fluency to deliver high-performing Grubhub advertising solutions, compelling Tastemade-first programs, and integrated, ROI-driven partnerships across the Wonder ecosystem.

The Impact You Will Make
  • Lead strategic responses to RFPs and RFIs centered on advertising solutions, ensuring clear positioning, strong value articulation, and conversion.
  • Develop proactive, advertiser-ready partnership packages tied to key moments, tentpoles, and seasonal opportunities.
  • Identify and help shape new advertising opportunities across existing and emerging surfaces, with a focus on advertiser ROI and consumer experience.
  • Partner with sales, product, and merchant stakeholders to assess product-market fit, advertiser demand, operational feasibility and performance potential.
  • Contribute to how advertising offerings are positioned, packaged, and brought to market.
  • Lead the strategic development of integrated content and media partnerships, packaging content, creators, and distribution into performance-driven, full-funnel programs aligned to advertiser objectives.
  • Translate complex, multi-brand ideas into clear, compelling narratives and decks that resonate with advertisers and agencies.
  • Leverage consumer insights, cultural trends, platform behavior, and campaign learnings to inform strategy and opportunity development.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Social, Production, Talent, Account Management, and Marketing teams, and present proposals in client and agency meetings to drive confidence and deal success.
What You Bring to the Table
  • 8+ years of experience in integrated marketing, advertising strategy, brand partnerships, or monetization, ideally within a platform, marketplace, media company, publisher, or agency environment.
  • Proven experience leading RFP and RFI responses and developing advertiser-ready proposals tied to clear business and revenue outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems and full-funnel marketing, with experience building and scaling performance-driven advertising and partnership solutions across content, media, and commerce.
  • Deep fluency in paid and organic social, with a strong understanding of how content, media, and platform dynamics work together to drive performance.
  • Experience leveraging creators and talent to build credibility, engagement, and cultural relevance within advertiser programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage premium content and storytelling to support advertiser objectives and performance goals.
