We’re partnering with a leading cultural nonprofit to hire a Freelance Sponsorship Content & Activation Manager to support post-sale sponsorship execution for a high-profile summer arts festival. This role works closely with Business Development and Strategic Partnerships leadership and is ideal for someone who thrives in live events, sponsorship activation, and cross-functional collaboration. Details:

• Freelance role:
  March–August
• Approx. 29 hours/week (schedule varies with events)
• $20/hour
• On-site presence required during activations and events, some weekends and nights required

• Serve as the primary on-site, client-facing lead for sponsor activations
• Execute sponsorship agreements and bring partner deals to life across live events
• Coordinate with marketing, social, PR, legal, operations, and programming teams
• Manage sponsorship deliverables, timelines, and data using  and related tools
• Support on-site events, custom activations, artist experiences, and hospitality programs
• Track performance and make real-time adjustments to optimize sponsor impact

• 2–4+ years of experience in sponsor ships, events, or marketing execution
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Comfort working in fast-paced, startup-like environments
• Professional, confident client-facing presence
• Passion for the arts and nonprofit sector
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
