As Portfolio Manager, you will serve as the primary liaison between Winebow’s sales division and our suppliers, developing and executing strategic plans to maximize distribution and marketing.
Job Duties- Develop a strategic plan to maximize distribution and marketing of the suppliers in the portfolio.
- Provide data and analysis to the VP of Portfolio Management, including new items, discontinued items, and inventory levels.
- Develop overall brand strategy using internal data, market research, and competitive intelligence.
- Partner with sales leaders to translate brand strategy into marketplace activities that drive sales and profits.
- Attend monthly brand meetings, prepare recaps, provide depletion/goal reviews, and update management on brand issues.
- Work with the sales team in the market to visit key accounts and help promote selected brands.
- Maintain strong relationships with assigned suppliers, following up as needed.
- Act as the point person on pricing and troubleshoot pricing issues.
- Provide brand training to the sales force, including presentations and marketing materials.
- Meet agreed goals and objectives in a timely manner.
- Arrive to work and meetings on time and as scheduled.
- Lifting up to 40 lbs.; able to sit, bend, reach, drive, and use visual acuity and manual dexterity.
- Bachelor’s degree required; concentration in Marketing or Business Administration preferred.
- Three or more years’ experience in the wine industry in marketing or sales.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills.
- Superior follow‑through and multitasking ability with limited supervision.
- Understanding of pricing in the marketplace.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Working knowledge of Diver and Navision applications.
- Valid driver’s license.

Work Schedule:
Required in‑office Tuesday‑Thursday, with additional in‑office attendance as needed for special meetings or business needs on non‑designated days.
Salary and Benefits: The salary range is $85,000–$90,000, with a possible 9% bonus. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life/AD&D, 401(k) with company match, employee purchase program, and paid time off. Final base salary will be determined based on location, skills, education, experience, and internal equity.
