My client, a media outlet focused on business, lifestyle, travel, food, entertainment, and featuring innovators, influencers, and creators, is looking to hire an ongoing temp Public Relations Executive (potential to go perm for the right fit, timeline of this tbd!).

This exciting opportunity is hybrid at the media outlet's NYC based office near Grand Central area. Hours are 10AM-5PM, you will need to be in office Mon, Tues and Fri. You can be remote Weds and Thurs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute PR campaigns to strengthen brand reputation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Write and distribute press releases, articles, and media pitches.
  • Monitor media coverage and measure PR campaign performance.
  • Manage crisis communication strategies and ensure brand messaging consistency.
  • Organize press events, interviews, and corporate collaborations.

    • Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Established media connections and experience handling press relations.
  • Ability to craft compelling brand narratives.
  • Knowledge of PR tools, analytics, and media monitoring platforms.
  • Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
