- Partner closely with the CEO and executive leadership to translate business priorities into a scalable, revenue-generating marketing strategy.
- Serve as the organization’s senior marketing voice, advising leadership on market dynamics, customer behavior, and investment effectiveness.
- Establish the marketing department from inception, including structure, processes, technology, and performance metrics.
- Operate as a player-coach — setting strategy while remaining hands‑on during the early stages of team development.
