The Head of Corporate Communications will lead the company’s external corporate narrative, shaping how the business is understood by investors, employees, media, and external stakeholders. This role is responsible for corporate storytelling, executive communications, internal alignment, and reputation management.

You will partner closely with executive leadership, Legal, IR, HR, and People teams to ensure clarity, consistency, and confidence in how the company communicates its strategy, performance, and values.

• Lead corporate external narrative and messaging across company strategy, transformation, and performance
• Own executive communications, including talking points, speeches, media prep, and thought leadership
• Partner with Investor Relations on earnings, announcements, and key milestones
• Lead external comms in partnership with internal communications, People/HR, including leadership updates and moments of change
• Manage corporate, business, and trade media relationships
• Oversee issues management, crisis communications, and reputation risk
• Ensure alignment across internal and external communications
• Manage agency partners and external communications support

• 10–15 years of corporate communications experience, ideally in public company, consumer, healthcare, or technology environments
• Deep experience with executive communications and media relations
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to simplify complex narratives
• Experience partnering with Legal, IR, and senior leadership teams
• Exceptional writing, editing, and judgment
• Calm, confident presence in high‑stakes or fast‑moving situations

Base salary may vary depending on, but not limited to: skills, experience, and location. This role is also eligible for a comprehensive benefits package and annual bonus program.

US Pay Range: $220,000 — $240,000 USD
