Position: Associate Account Executive (Programmatic)
Location: New York

Job Summary

The Associate Account Executive within the Programmatic Team will be focused on leading the execution and analysis of programmatic revenue across the Disney portfolio, which includes ABC, ABC Owned Television Stations, ABC News, Disney, ESPN, Freeform, FX, Hulu and Nat Geo.

This position will act as the day‑to‑day point of contact for the implementation of programmatic buys, and serve as the main point of contact for Disney Advertising Sales teams for the stewardship of deals. It will also analyze data from various sources to drive strategy for programmatic revenue on a weekly, monthly and annual basis through partnership with Sales and our clients.

Responsibilities

and Duties
  • Programmatic strategy by account and category based on analysis from daily, weekly, and annual trends
  • Analyze trend data from sources (GAM, Magnite, SpotX, eMarketer, etc.) to develop actionable strategies to increase revenue
  • Work with DAS Sales & Marketing to integrate programmatic offering into packages aligned with client objectives
  • Own reporting capabilities to track revenue, generate sales leads, and act as a consultant for the DAS sales team nationwide
  • Collaborate with programmatic technology partners (internal/external) to manage and troubleshoot day‑to‑day business needs
  • Work with Ad Platform Operations teams to guide the creation, implementation, and servicing of Private Marketplace deals with the sales team to drive programmatic revenue
Required Education, Experience & Skills
  • 4+ years of experience in digital and/or programmatic media
  • Strategic thinker who analyzes data and translates it into measurable tactics, actions, and outcomes
  • Problem solver who can collaborate across functions
  • Understanding of how clients set priorities and performance goals, and how to align our product portfolio to meet those needs
  • Knowledge of programmatic/digital media buying and selling, with fluency in ad tech
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to multi‑task, make decisions, and manage at entrepreneurial speed
Compensation

The hiring range for this position in New York, NY is $100,100 to $134,200 per year. Base pay will consider internal equity and may vary by geographic region, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonus and/or long‑term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, along with a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
