You understand how to capture your audience’s attention and keep them engaged. You’ve earned millions of views and stay on top of social media trends. Join Kommissary as the Social Media Marketing Manager to build a vibrant presence from scratch while driving our branding strategy.

• Immerse yourself in our culture, mission, and team.
• Develop a weekly marketing plan to publicize short‑, medium‑, and long‑term goals.
• Deliver a social media & event schedule reported to the CEO each week.
• By month three, achieve five‑digit engagement, inform the CEO about changing algorithms, and coordinate at least one marketing event with Business Development.
• By year one, establish Kommissary as a recognized brand, grow to five‑digit followers, execute multiple impact events, and continuously refine strategies based on data.

• Exceptional storytelling abilities.
• Passion for improving access to nutritious food.
• Proficiency in photography, videography, and editing software.
• Experience planning, executing, and coordinating successful marketing events.
• Strong branding strategy understanding and the ability to link social media, events, and PR to brand objectives.
• 2+ years in social media management, events coordination, or public relations with a record of high‑growth initiatives.
• Willingness to attend events and commute between LIC and Bronx locations as needed.

Bonus:
Experience in politics, government, non‑profit, or political campaigns.

$75,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year, commensurate with experience.
