I am partnered with a prominent independent media planning, buying, and analytics agency based in the greater New York Metropolitan area. The organization specializes in Precision Branding, focusing on predicting, measuring, and optimizing business outcomes for clients amidst the rapidly evolving advertising landscape.

Role Overview

The agency is seeking a Programmatic Media Specialist to manage and enhance client campaigns across various digital media channels. The ideal candidate will bring experience in real-time bidding within the programmatic domain and demonstrate proficiency in developing and maintaining campaigns across Connected TV (CTV), Over-the-Top (OTT) media, Online Video (OLV), Native Advertising, Digital Out-Of-Home (DOOH), High Impact, and Display advertising.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute custom programmatic strategies and campaigns across multiple digital channels.
  • Create and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of programmatic campaigns.
  • Present campaign strategies, performance reports, and insights to clients and internal stakeholders using PowerPoint.
  • Handle Ad Trafficking through Google Campaign Manager (GCM).
  • Utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Leverage You Tube programmatic experience to potentially bring back in-house programmatic work from an outsourced provider, focusing on cost savings and operational efficiency.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience in real-time bidding and programmatic advertising.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage client campaigns across CTV/OTT, OLV, Native, DOOH, High Impact, and Display.
  • Proficiency in creating custom programmatic strategies and implementing KPIs.
  • Strong skills in presenting information to clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience with Ad Trafficking through Google Campaign Manager (GCM).
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Experience with You Tube programmatic advertising is highly desirable and will impact salary flexibility.
  • Familiarity with the following technologies:
    Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon DSP, Ad Exchanges, SSPs, Google Campaign Manager.
