The Tik Tok Shop Activation Manager is the champion of our creator engagement strategy, synchronizing efforts with agency partners to maximize impact. This role supports and develops our dynamic affiliation program, identifying and onboarding key creators to amplify our brand message and reach. This individual will support content strategy and affiliate program development to drive both sales and brand engagement on Tik Tok.
This role requires a strategic and commercial powerhouse responsible for leading the end-to-end ecosystem of our Social Commerce business.
- Content Strategy:
- Lead the development and execution of the holistic Tik Tok Shop content strategy for LUXE, balancing brand-led storytelling with high-conversion affiliate content.
- Drive high‑level synergies between Tik Tok Shop activities and broader brand social strategies, ensuring a premium, cohesive presence that aligns with luxury standards across all digital touchpoints.
- Identify and implement effective content strategies that drive both brand awareness and sales results. Continuously analyze content performance and adapt strategies to optimize engagement and conversions. Stay abreast of evolving Tik Tok trends and best practices.
- Campaign Management:
- Oversee the full lifecycle of Tik Tok Shop campaigns, ensuring alignment with broader brand campaigns whenever possible for a unified brand experience.
- Manage detailed campaign investment plans, ensuring efficient budget allocation across paid, earned, and owned Tik Tok levers while maintaining a rigorous focus on ROI and ROAS.
- Sales Forecast Management:
- Collaborate with Demand Planning, Marketing and Commercial teams to forecast the impact of content and affiliate activities on inventory and sales targets.
- Analyze data and trends to support go‑to‑market strategy. This involves using data analytics to track content performance, identify key drivers of sales and make recommendations for future campaign optimizations.
- Cross‑Functional
Collaboration:- Serve as a key point of contact for Tik Tok Shop Partners (TSPs) facilitating seamless communication and collaboration to ensure operational excellence and alignment with L’Oréal’s strategic goals.
- Serve as a subject matter expert across Marketing, Sales, and Product teams, fostering an integrated approach to Tik Tok Shop and sharing actionable insights to inform broader division‑wide business strategies.
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience 5+ years in brand engagement, social media and/or content
- Deep understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, particularly on Tik Tok
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Data analysis skills to track and optimize campaign performance
- Previous experience within the Luxury or Beauty industry.
- Proven experience in contract negotiations with high‑tier influencers or talent agencies.
- Advanced experience in budget management and commercial P&L oversight.
- Salary Range: $98,400 – $140,200 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job‑related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
