We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to build and scale our go-to-market marketing engine from the ground up.
In this role, you will design and execute the marketing motion that drives qualified pipeline and supports an ambitious growth trajectory toward nine-figure recurring revenue. You’ll partner closely with revenue leadership and a high-performing sales team that has already proven strong efficiency with minimal marketing support.

Own measurable marketing contribution to new-logo pipeline. Design and execute account-based marketing, field marketing, and high-touch campaigns to engage priority accounts and support growth objectives.
Brand Visibility with Key AccountsIncrease visibility among top-tier prospects. Manage participation in industry conferences and events, coordinate targeted campaigns, and ensure strong brand recognition within strategic accounts.
Sales EnablementDevelop and maintain high-quality sales collateral including discovery guides, ROI tools, executive presentations, and POV decks. Ensure resources are adopted by the sales team to improve conversion across deal stages.
Messaging & PositioningContinuously refine messaging by working closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams. Validate positioning through market feedback, outreach testing, and win/loss analysis.
Market IntelligenceGather insights from client interactions, events, and competitive activity, translating signals into actionable improvements for campaigns and positioning.
Requirements Enterprise GTM Experience3–6 years of B2B marketing experience supporting enterprise sales cycles, ideally involving complex, multi-stakeholder deals. Experience in enterprise SaaS, fintech, or regulated industries is highly valued.
Proven Pipeline ImpactDemonstrated track record of marketing initiatives that drove measurable pipeline contribution and influenced revenue outcomes.
ABM & Field Marketing ExpertiseHands-on experience executing account-based campaigns, managing conferences and executive events, and converting field engagement into real pipeline opportunities.
