Director, Social Media - Tribeca

Summary

The Director of Social Media will lead the strategic vision and execution of social across all platforms to elevate brand storytelling and drive measurable business impact. This role manages a small team and partners cross-functionally to integrate social across campaigns, product storytelling, and full-funnel marketing. Hybrid role based in Tribeca, New York.

• Define platform-specific channel strategies and content pillars for Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, Pinterest, and Linked In
• Oversee social-first content development, creative briefs, and brand guardianship across campaign and always-on content
• Lead analytics-driven planning, KPI development, reporting, and testing frameworks to optimize performance
• Integrate organic and paid social strategies with Media and Performance teams to maximize ROI
• Identify emerging platforms, formats, and cultural moments to future-proof social presence
• Manage and mentor a team of three, build processes for content planning and cross-functional collaboration

• 8+ years of experience in social media strategy within luxury, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands
• Proven ability to develop channel strategies with clear platform roles and audience insights
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using social metrics, testing frameworks, and performance optimization
• Experience managing and developing teams
• Deep knowledge of social platforms, trends, and content formats
• Ability to collaborate closely with Creative, Editorial, Media, and Marketing partners
• Refined luxury aesthetic sensibility and experience with talent partnerships and video content
