You will work with a dedicated team on assigned client accounts on day‑to‑day maintenance and support.
- Partner with the account team to professionally handle incoming customer requests and ensure issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly
- Exhibit ability to manage high volume of incoming requests, communicate and prioritize independently as well as with the broader team to resolve conflicting priorities
- Manage requests for creative pre‑ingestion, tracking set up/taxonomy, data questions etc. with the Customer Support team, follow up and elevate to manager as needed
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc client deliverables
- Extract data insights from the iSpot/Ace platform and generate unique and compelling insights for customers as needed
- Exhibit a passion and energy for storytelling based on data insights and genuine interest in TV advertising optimization and research
- Proactively reach out to the account team to offer support when bandwidth allows
- Utilize appropriate resource materials to interpret, respond to and resolve customer inquiries and problems effectively and accurately
- Support data compilation and analysis for client presentations and collaborate with the account manager on data‑driven storytelling
- Demonstrate critical thinking and time management ability in a fast‑paced environment
- Exhibit passion, curiosity and energy in supporting internal account managers and the clients in making their iSpot experience positive and memorable
- Demonstrate interest in advancing your career to owning your own portfolio of accounts in the future
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
