This role exists because we believe in building a path for early-career marketers and makers who are hungry, curious, and exceptionally talented -- people who haven't had a decade in the business yet, but clearly will. You'll get the reps, the client exposure, and the proximity to a community that's otherwise hard to break into.

• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact between our fintech client and our internal team
• Keep projects moving -- timelines, deliverables, meeting notes, follow-ups, nothing dropped
• Run status updates and client check-ins that are clear, concise, and actually useful
• Partner with the Executive Creative Producer leading this account and working with the leadership team and the creatives, strategists, and AI specialists on this account, to land work on time and on brief
• Use AI tools thoughtfully to speed up the repetitive stuff without sacrificing craft

• 2‑3 years of experience in a producer, project coordinator, or account role (creative agency, marketing, or fintech backgrounds preferred)
• Sharp written and verbal communication -- clients feel confident, teams feel informed
• Deeply organized without needing someone to organize you
• Curious about AI and how it's reshaping creative work. You don't need to be an engineer. You need to be interested.
• Fintech or financial services experience is a strong plus
• Self‑directed. This is contract work inside a fast‑moving distributed team

• A six‑month engagement with a clear path to extend and expand into additional client work
• Access to the Sageworx community -- a curated group of senior creatives, strategists, producers, and technologists whose rooms are usually closed to someone at your stage
• Mentorship by proximity. You'll work alongside people whose portfolios speak for themselves
• A real shot at growing your footprint inside the collective as you prove yourself
