We are seeking a proactive, dynamic, and strategic Performance Marketing Manager, Partnerships to join our marketing team! This role is responsible for driving the growth and success of partnerships at Addepar through data‑driven marketing strategies and cross‑functional efforts. As the owner of the partner marketing motion, you will build, scale, and manage our partner marketing ecosystem across all verticals and geographies from its early stages.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B performance marketing, deep experience in the financial services or financial technology industry, and a proven track record of developing a robust portfolio of co‑marketing activations with leading brands. You are highly comfortable operating in ambiguity, taking the lead with minimal input from your manager, and excel at managing expectations to maintain a delicate balance between nurturing partner relationships and delivering results for the business.

What You’ll Do- Drive Partnership Growth & Ownership: Take full ownership of the partner marketing motion from early stages, building and executing initiatives that drive awareness, adoption, and engagement across all verticals and geographies.
- Lead Multi‑Channel Campaigns: Deliver comprehensive marketing strategies across channels (digital, content, events, etc.) to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline growth.
- Develop Co‑Marketing Portfolios: Design and execute a high‑impact portfolio of co‑marketing activations and joint marketing activities with leading brands.
- Cross‑Functional
Collaboration:
Partner closely with internal Performance Marketing Managers to identify and develop opportunities for co‑marketing activations, while coordinating with business development and sales to align priorities across teams. - Manage Partner Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong, executive‑level relationships with key partners and stakeholders, managing expectations to balance nurturing relationships with hitting business goals.
- Own the Onboarding
Experience:
Fully own the marketing portion of the partnership onboarding process, designing and implementing an efficient, scalable journey ensuring seamless integration and long‑term success. - Serve as Partner Integration SME: Develop a deep understanding of and stay up to date on partner integration updates, serving as the team's Subject Matter Expert (SME) on integration capabilities and how they can be leveraged across campaigns.
- Optimize Campaigns: Leverage marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms to efficiently monitor campaign performance, deliver clear data points, and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the financial technology or software industry.
