Summary

The Senior Brand Manager, Rosés leads the development and implementation of a customer- and consumer-centric brand marketing strategy for the Rosés portfolio in the U.S., driving programming and activations across markets and channels. This hybrid role (3x/week NYC) partners cross-functionally and with Maisons and agencies to deliver brand experiences that build desirability and commercial growth.

Responsibilities
  • Act as steward of brand equity for the Rosés portfolio, ensuring initiatives reinforce Maison DNA and long-term brand value.
  • Develop content strategies and cultural messaging to increase brand relevance, engagement, and awareness.
  • Plan and execute flagship brand experiences, events, and activations that elevate lifestyle credentials and emotional connection.
  • Lead annual brand planning, set brand KPIs, and monitor performance in collaboration with Strategy, Insights, Trade, and Commercial teams.
  • Oversee day-to-day brand management and the creation of elevated POSM and brand assets with Field & Trade Marketing.
  • Manage A&P budgets, partner with Finance on profit goals, and support pricing, mix, allocation, and channel strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA or equivalent experience preferred).
  • 7+ years of brand marketing experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods or U.S. wines and spirits.
  • Strong commercial and financial orientation, including P&L management and knowledge of depletions and distribution.
  • Proven experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and managing agency/third-party partners.
  • Excellent presentation, storytelling, and analytical skills; highly organized and able to work independently.
  • Ability to work hybrid from the NYC office (3x per week) and travel for market visits as needed.
