The Senior Brand Director, Wines is the strategic leader of the lifestyle wines and Rosés portfolio in the U.S., responsible for defining and driving long‑term brand vision, equity, and growth across all channels and consumer touchpoints.

This role sets the portfolio strategy and cultural agenda, translating Maison priorities into impactful, locally relevant initiatives while ensuring alignment with MHUSA and global direction. The Senior Brand Director leads cross‑functional teams and external partners to deliver best‑in‑class brand building, innovation, and execution, balancing short‑term performance with long‑term brand desirability.

Hybrid 3x a week based out of NYC Office

Compensation: $187,000-$234,000/ annually + bonus

Job responsibilities Brand & Business Leadership
  • Own and define the U.S. strategic vision and growth roadmap for the Lifestyle Wines and Rosés portfolio.
  • Act as a steward of brand equity for the Lifestyle Wines and Rosés portfolio in the U.S., ensuring all initiatives reinforce Maison DNA, desirability, and long‑term brand value.
  • Serve as the primary interface with Maisons, aligning U.S. strategy with global priorities while influencing upstream thinking where relevant.
  • Ensure commercial alignment with GM of wines leveraging all resources including wine managers, ambassadors and distributor resources.
Marketing Strategy & Brand Planning
  • Partner and Lead with all wines maisons to define U.S. brand strategy and objectives that build equity while supporting the delivery of the broader MHUSA strategy, in alignment with global brand direction.
  • Drive U.S. brand priorities and support the development of “big ideas,” platforms, and campaigns that translate Maison strategy into impactful, locally resonant execution.
  • Identify and unlock new growth opportunities across consumers, channels, occasions, and innovation.
  • Lead annual brand planning in collaboration with Maison, brand wines teams, Strategy & Business Planning, Consumer Connection, Trade Marketing, Commercial teams, and Insights.
  • Develop and oversee brand KPIs and performance metrics that balance short‑term performance with long‑term brand health and ROI.
Brand Management & Experience Execution
  • Ensure the wines team delivers best‑in‑class execution and consistency across all consumer‑facing touchpoints, in close partnership with Operations, Finance, Field & Trade Marketing, and Commercial teams.
