Job Description

Role Overview:

Own content that shows up in culture and gets results. As Supervisor, Content, you’ll lead content and influencer programs across a CPG portfolio account, partnering with strategy and investment teams to launch smart, well-executed campaigns. You’re equal parts operator and idea person: you keep work moving, raise the creative bar, and turn trends into partnerships that perform.

Responsibilities
  • Run day-to-day content and influencer programs across brands: timelines, owners, deliverables, and budgets.
  • Turn insights and cultural moments into ideas, especially across sports, pop culture, reality TV, internet celebrity culture, and home & lifestyle.
  • Lead execution end to end: brief, produce, launch, optimize, recap with creators, publishers, and production partners.
  • Keep strategy, planning, investment, and partners aligned with clear updates, clean handoffs, and no surprises.
  • Build partnerships that connect brands with culture (sports talent, entertainment and popculture moments, home & lifestyle creators), then bring them to life.
Qualifications

What you bring

  • 5+ years in content marketing, branded content, influencer, or integrated partnerships (agency/media preferred).
  • Fluent in the social + creator ecosystem: platforms, creators, publishers, and production workflows.
  • Strong interest in sports, entertainment & pop culture, reality TV, internet celebrity culture, and home & lifestyle, with experience building content or partnerships in one or more of those spaces.
  • Strong operator: organized, attentive to details, and comfortable running multiple work streams.
  • Big-idea problem solver who turns insights and trends into clear recommendations and strong stories.
  • Client-ready communicator: clear, proactive, and dedicated to finding effective answers.

Supervisor, Content (CPG)

  • Lead through influence across media, creative, and external partners.
    Nice to have
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills; able to juggle multiple work streams and deadlines.
  • Self-starter who takes initiative, is passionate about resolving issues, and follows through without needing heavy oversight.
  • Comfortable selling in ideas, pitching partners, and influencing collaborators with clear rationale.

What “Great” Looks Like (First 6–12 Months)

  • Seamless Program Delivery:
Programs launch on time and within budget. Collaborators trust your organization and your ability to flag and fix issues early.
  • Strategic, High-Impact Initiatives:
You help launch at least one standout partnership or campaign with measurable impact (engagement, awareness, sales lift) and strong client feedback.
  • Trusted Client & Team Partner:
You’re the dependable day-to-day lead: clear, collaborative, and able to connect content to the broader media and investment strategy.
  • Enhanced Processes & Innovation:
You streamline workflows (briefs, approvals, reporting) and bring fresh thinking on new formats, platforms, and partners.
