Position: Marketing/ New Business Coordinator
Location: New York

, a global architecture firm headquartered in New York City, is hiring a Marketing/ New Business Coordinator. This position will report to the Head of Marketing. The Marketing/ New Business Coordinator will join our team of talented and enthusiastic individuals, who bring their own personalities and perspectives to a collaborative environment, together reinforcing the identity of the firm and supporting its new business development.

The Marketing/ New Business Coordinator will focus on producing proposals, new business presentations, working directly with leaders firms.

The nature of the role is fast-paced and you will often need to switch gears quickly, from leading meetings to writing narratives to coordinating projects. We seek an individual who is proactive, creative, organized, strategic and thorough.

The Marketing/ New Business Coordinator should always be thinking about the best story to tell. A demonstrated interest or background in architecture or urban planning is ideal.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Lead the production and coordination of requests for proposals and qualifications responses, including designing layouts, leading meetings, and creating content
  • Design and produce presentations, portfolios, and brochures, in support of new business efforts
  • Write and edit marketing content, including staff CVs, project descriptions, and proposal text
  • Coordinate and produce award submissions

    Assist in maintaining and organizing written and visual marketing content databases
Qualifications
  • A degree in architecture, urban planning, or design is preferred
  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Ability to multitask and coordinate multiple deadlines effectively
  • A keen graphic design sense
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (primarily InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) and PowerPoint/Google Slides
