Associate Director of Marketing – Hybrid Position in NYC!

Pay: $140K-$180K + 10% Bonus

Hybrid in Manhattan (30 Rock) 2-3 Days a week

Travel:
As needed to events across the US and internationally

We are looking for an Associate Director of Marketing for a global management and strategy consulting firm in New York.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive lead generation, brand awareness, and pipeline growth for our service offerings. You will be a strategic leader with a proven track record of success in B2B marketing, a deep understanding of the enterprise buyer journey, and a passion for innovation.

• Proven track record of developing and executing successful B2B marketing strategies that drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Develop and implement a data‑driven marketing strategy aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
• Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals globally, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, events, and public relations.
• Build and maintain communities of executive customers in key verticals aligned with the business strategy.

• 7–15 years of experience in B2B marketing.
• Proven track record of success in driving lead generation, brand awareness, and pipeline growth for enterprise solutions.
• Strong understanding of the B2B buyer journey and the marketing channels most effective in reaching enterprise decision‑makers.
• Experience building executive communities.
• Experience driving offline engagements/events with leaders across target customers.
