Remote | East Coast Hours (10 AM EST start) | Full-Time

$110,000–$120,000 Base + $50,000 Performance Bonus = $160K–$170K OTE

Silver Mirror is a premier facial spa and skincare brand operating 10 locations across New York City, Washington DC, and Miami. We run a membership‑driven business model alongside retail skincare products, led by our own award‑winning line.

We’re looking to bring on a single, elite in‑house teammate who will own our entire customer acquisition engine and turn it into a profitable growth machine. This is a high‑autonomy, high‑accountability role with real upside for the right person.

THE ROLE

This is a Director‑level individual contributor position. You will not manage a team on day one, and there is no agency or contractor safety net. We’re taking our contractor budget and investing it directly in you. You’ll manage a significant monthly ad budget and own the entire paid acquisition funnel—from ad creative to click to booked appointment to membership conversion.

This is a results‑driven role with Director‑level expectations on output, ownership, and impact. It requires your full professional commitment—you cannot hold other jobs, run a side agency, or maintain freelance clients.

What You’ll Own
  • Growth Channel (ie Google Ads & Meta Ads) Mastery: Build, manage, and relentlessly optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, Bing, Yelp and others to come. You’re writing the copy, choosing bid strategies, structuring A/B tests, managing audiences, and adjusting every lever to hit CPA and ROAS targets.
  • Full‑Funnel Conversion Ownership: Your job doesn’t end at the click. You own landing page performance, conversion rate optimization, and the entire path from ad impression to booked appointment. You understand what makes someone book, and what makes them bounce.
  • Creative Direction & Execution: Write high‑converting ad copy. Select and direct images and video. You’ll manage a dedicated monthly content creator budget to produce UGC and assets—you brief the creators and know what performs before it runs.
  • Multi‑Location, Multi‑Market Strategy: Silver Mirror operates across three distinct markets (NYC, DC, Miami) with different competitive landscapes, demographics, and seasonality. You’ll run geo‑targeted campaigns with market‑specific messaging and budgets.
  • AI Search & LLM Visibility: Traditional search traffic is declining as AI interfaces reshape how consumers discover services. You need a working strategy for brand visibility in AI‑generated recommendations, AI search results, and generative discovery platforms (GEO, AEO, LLMO).
  • Omnichannel Expansion: Deploy and manage campaigns across Tik Tok, Pinterest, Yelp, and CDN/display networks as volume and opportunity dictate.
  • AI‑Powered Workflow Automation: You’re your own operations team. Build and deploy AI agents, bots, and custom tools to automate reporting, scale your output, and solve your own workflow problems.
  • Membership‑Aware Acquisition: Our business runs on memberships. You’re not just optimizing for first‑time bookings—you understand that a guest who converts to a recurring member is worth multiples of a one‑time visitor, and your campaigns and targeting reflect that.
  • Flexible Marketing Support: Step outside paid ads to support broader marketing initiatives when the business needs it. If you generate excess capacity, you’ll manage ad accounts for select partner clients as an internal agency function.

  • Significant Ad Budget: A substantial monthly ad budget across platforms. This is real spend with real accountability—not a test budget.
  • Rich First‑Party Data: Deep customer data from our booking platform, behavioral analytics, membership and retention insights, and location‑level performance benchmarks across all 10 locations.
  • Monthly Content Creator Budget: A dedicated budget to commission UGC, video, and creative assets so you always have fresh material to test.
