Trade Marketing Assoc Mgr needs 3 plus years of experience (marketing or project management preferred)
Trade Marketing Assoc Mgr requires:
- Knowledge of marketing principles and practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- High level of computer literacy:
Excel, Word and Power Point - Strong project management skills and high level of accuracy
- Ability to solve problems quickly, think creatively and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Lead and track transversal digital projects such as Smart Shopper, Digital Windows, Lens Simulator marketing and tracking, and the Asset Distribution Tool.
- Set KPIs for usage and impact of digital tools.
- Regularly analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and proactively lead optimization initiatives across sales channels.
