As PTI scales its commercial engine, this role is a cornerstone of our investment in smarter, more proactive demand generation.
Position OverviewPTI seeks a Marketing Operations & Lead Generation Specialist to own and drive our Hub Spot‑powered marketing engine. This individual will build scalable outbound programs, maintain CRM discipline, execute campaigns, and ensure every lead receives proper attention. As PTI transitions from Insightly to Hub Spot, this person will be the resident CRM expert and primary architect of our marketing operations infrastructure, feeding qualified opportunities directly to the sales team.
YearOne Priorities
- Grow Qualified Leads – build a scalable outbound engine; activate active, dormant, and net‑new accounts; drive measurable MQL growth
- Grow Quoted Opportunities – track and nurture every lead; close the loop between marketing and pipeline; reduce lead leakage via automation
- Build a Best‑in‑Class Hub Spot Instance – migrate from Insightly; establish dashboards; create the workflows, sequences, and scoring for future scale
Hub Spot & CRM
- Serve as PTI's Hub Spot administrator – own database hygiene, lead scoring, segmentation, and lifecycle stage management
- Build and maintain workflows, email sequences, forms, landing pages, and campaign tracking
- Develop reporting dashboards and manage the sales handoff logic
Outbound Campaigns
- Design and execute multi‑touch outbound campaigns targeting active, dormant, and net‑new prospects
- Segment audiences by account type, product interest, vertical, and engagement behavior
- Manage campaign calendars; ensure consistent cadence across all PTI offerings
Lead Management & Reporting
- Ensure every lead is captured, enriched, routed, and handed off with full context
- Build nurture tracks to maintain visibility with target accounts between campaigns
- Own performance reporting: MQL volume, conversion rates, campaign attribution, and pipeline influence
Required
- Demonstrated Hub Spot expertise – campaigns, workflows, sequences, and dashboards (not just a contact database)
- Background in marketing automation, demand generation, or revenue/marketing operations
- Strong database management skills: segmentation, enrichment, hygiene, and list strategy
- Data‑driven mindset – build reports, read them critically, and act on findings
- Ability to operate independently and own your domain; effective cross‑functional communicator
Preferred
- Hub Spot certifications (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, or Revenue Operations)
- B2B or industrial/life sciences marketing experience; CRM migration or implementation exposure
- Experience building lead scoring models and sales handoff workflows
- MQL volume and quality; MQL‑to‑SQL conversion rate
- Quoted opportunity growth attributable to marketing activity
- Campaign launch cadence and execution quality
- Database enrichment, segmentation coverage, and hygiene score
- Reactivation rate of dormant accounts; pipeline influenced by marketing
- Real ownership – build this function from scratch, not inherit someone else's constraints
- Direct access to marketing leadership with clear line of sight to commercial impact
