Senior Growth Marketing Manager

As our Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will architect and execute data-driven acquisition strategies that scale our AI consulting practice from millions to tens of millions in annual revenue. You'll own the entire growth funnel, from top-of-funnel awareness campaigns to bottom-funnel conversion optimization, working directly with C-suite executives to understand market dynamics and build repeatable growth engines. This role requires a unique blend of analytical rigor, creative marketing expertise, and deep understanding of enterprise B2B sales cycles in the AI/tech space.

You'll manage substantial marketing budgets ($500K+), experiment rapidly with new channels, and build the systems and processes that enable sustainable, predictable growth. We're looking for someone who has successfully scaled B2B SaaS or consulting businesses and can bring that playbook to the AI era.

• Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies across paid (Google Ads, Linked In, programmatic display) and organic channels (SEO, content marketing, partnerships)
• Design and implement sophisticated conversion funnels with A/B testing frameworks, attribution modeling, and multi-touch campaign analysis
• Build and manage marketing technology stack including marketing automation, CRM integration, analytics platforms, and conversion optimization tools
• Collaborate with sales leadership to optimize lead qualification processes, improve lead-to-customer conversion rates, and reduce customer acquisition costs
• Develop account-based marketing (ABM) strategies targeting Fortune 500 enterprises and high-growth startups
• Create data-driven marketing mix models to optimize budget allocation across channels and maximize ROI
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with product, sales, and customer success teams to identify growth opportunities and eliminate friction points
• Build and mentor a team of growth marketers, content creators, and marketing operations specialists as the team scales

• 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing roles, with at least 3 years in senior/lead positions
• Proven track record of scaling B2B businesses from $20M ARR through marketing-led growth initiatives
• Expert-level proficiency with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Amplitude, Mixpanel), marketing automation platforms (Hub Spot, Marketo, Pardot), and SQL for custom analysis
• Deep understanding of enterprise B2B buying cycles, multi-stakeholder decision-making, and consultative sales processes
• Experience marketing AI, data, or technical services to technical and business audiences
• Strong quantitative skills with ability to build financial models, cohort analyses, and predictive forecasting models
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present growth strategies to executive leadership and board members
• Experience managing six-figure monthly marketing budgets with clear ROI accountability
