Location: New York

Summary

Collaborative, commercially minded Trade & Product Marketing Manager supporting the fragrance business across North America. Acts as the primary marketing partner for major luxury retail accounts to execute retailer strategies, product launches, omnichannel initiatives, and elevated consumer experiences. Requires strong cross-functional communication, analytical skills, and experience in luxury retail and fragrance. Hybrid role based in New York City (4 days in office).

Responsibilities
  • Serve as day-to-day marketing contact for key North American retail partners and cultivate strong retailer partnerships.
  • Develop retailer presentations, business reviews, project briefs, and retailer-specific marketing strategies aligned to launches and seasonal priorities.
  • Execute integrated 360° marketing programs across in-store, digital, experiential, and promotional channels.
  • Support co-op marketing initiatives including  visibility, digital media, sampling, clienteling, animations, and events.
  • Partner with field sales to plan and execute in-store events, masterclasses, client experiences, and retailer activations.
  • Identify opportunities to drive visibility, productivity, and conversion across brick-and-mortar and e-commerce channels.
  • Manage retailer marketing and event budgets, calendars, project timelines, and business recaps to ensure timely execution and budget stewardship.
  • Support launch execution, forecasting, collateral planning, and leverage Circana/NPD and retailer sales data for performance analysis and recommendations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Global, Commercial Sales, Retail Operations, Demand Planning, Visual Merchandising, E‑Commerce, PR, and Finance teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in beauty, fragrance, fashion, or related industries.
  • Experience working with luxury department stores and national retail partners strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience managing sampling programs, collateral forecasting, and marketing budgets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional relationship management skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities and an analytical mindset to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Circana/NPD and retailer reporting preferred.
  • Ability to work hybrid in New York City with in-office presence required four days per week.
