Marketing Manager

BURDLIFE is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to help build one of the most recognizable jewelry and lifestyle brands in the country.

With stores in Houston, Nashville, Atlanta, and San Antonio, we're entering an exciting stage of growth and are looking for someone who is passionate about building brands, creating impactful campaigns, and driving measurable results.

• Develop and execute brand marketing strategies across retail and e-commerce
• Lead influencer, creator, and partnership initiatives
• Plan and execute product launches and marketing campaigns
• Manage social media strategy and content planning
• Drive customer acquisition and brand awareness
• Collaborate with creative, retail, and leadership teams
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize marketing efforts

• 5+ years of marketing experience
• Experience with fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, influencer marketing, and brand strategy
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
