For example, when Branch Insurance's claims team has to settle a claim, instead of spending hours piecing together evidence to draft a complex notice, they can simply upload the details of the claim to Kyber, auto-generate multiple best in-class drafts, easily assign reviewers, collaborate on notices in real-time, and then send the letter to the individual the notice is for.

Kyber not only saves these teams time, it also improves overall quality, accountability, and traceability.

About the role

We're seeking a Founding Marketer to own and scale our Content & Community motion. If you’re a creative operator who uses AI to multiply their output, brings creative energy to everything from conference pop-ups to thought leadership, and thinks "that's boring" is the worst critique, we want to talk.

At Kyber, we're building the next-generation document platform for enterprises. Today, our AI-native solution transforms regulatory document workflows, enabling insurance claims organizations to consolidate 80% of their templates, spend 65% less time drafting, and compress overall communication cycle times by 5x. Our vision is for every enterprise to seamlessly leverage AI templates to generate every document.

Over the past 18 months, we’ve:

  • 40x’d revenue and are profitable.
  • Landed multiple six and seven figure, multi-year contracts with leading insurance enterprises.

Responsibilities:
Own the Content & Community Strategy
  • Design experiences that make people say "wait, Kyber did that?" - not standard conference booths
  • Challenge the team with fresh ideas and experiments (20% of your time is "what if we tried...")
  • Decide where and how we show up based on our champions (events, content, etc)
Create Experiences That People Talk About
  • Run Claims Circle dinners that feel nothing like a vendor dinner (think: Airbnbs, private chefs, curated guest lists that create real connections)
  • Design Friends of Kyber pop-ups at conferences that differentiate our brand
  • Own the entire experience (and design new ones) - from concept to execution to follow-up
Build Word-of-Mouth Engines Through Content
  • Create content that gives customers ammunition to share with their peers (video case studies, thought leadership, founder-led social)
  • Develop a content rhythm across channels (social, podcasts, blogs, Linked In, PR) that builds momentum
  • Create product messaging that tells a story, not just lists a set of features
Scale Your Output Through AI Systems
  • Use AI to scale digital work (Claude Cowork, n8n automations, you name it) so you focus energy on what can't be automated (relationships, experiences, creativity)
  • Treat AI as a creative partner, not just a productivity tool
Make the Motion Better
  • Take what's working and make it repeatable, more efficient, more memorable
  • Track what's driving pipeline and double down on those channels
  • Work with freelancers for creative and data support when needed
What We’re Looking For in You:
Marketing Generalist Who Ships
  • Work experience in growth, marketing, content, and/or community
  • You’ve shipped marketing across channels (events, content, social, paid media, podcasts, etc) and know how to iterate based on results
  • Ideally you spike as an expert in 1-2 areas of marketing, but are comfortable learning what you know and don’t know
AI-Powered Operator
  • AI is a force multiplier in your daily workflow, not just a nice-to-have
  • You’ve built Claude Projects, automation workflows, or systems that scale work
Community Builder and Event Producer
  • You’ve produced events (conferences, dinners, pop-ups) and made them memorable
  • You’re energized by face-to-face interaction and excel at facilitating connections
