Compensation : $67,000–$107,000 Annually
LBAPS is seeking a highly creative and strategic Marketing Manager with strong digital marketing, design, and funnel-building expertise. This role plays a key part in advancing our mission to expand ABA services and family support to 25,000 families across all 50 states. You will lead multi-channel marketing efforts, optimize digital systems, and create high-quality content that drives engagement, growth, and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and coordinate all marketing initiatives across digital platforms and out-of-state campaigns
- Build, update, and optimize Word Press websites, landing pages, and blog content
- Improve SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- Create, edit, and produce high-quality video content for marketing and educational use
- Design digital and print materials using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, InDesign)
- Manage marketing automations, integrations, and CRM-related systems
- Oversee Google Business Profile, reviews, and local listing performance
- Write and develop blogs, newsletters, campaigns, and social media content
- Execute SEO-driven content strategies and keyword research
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and timely execution - Research and implement new marketing tools and technologies
Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Word Press (SEO, plugins, optimization, performance)
- Video editing and graphic design capabilities
- Strong understanding of SEO, analytics, and digital growth strategies
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Business Profile
- Excellent English writing and content creation skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Tech-savvy with experience in integrations and marketing systems
- Multilingual abilities (Spanish, Hebrew, and/or Yiddish)
- Experience with CRM systems or marketing automation tools
- Familiarity with ABA therapy, behavioral health, psychology, or education sectors
