Responsibilities:
- Accelerate SMB Revenue Growth:
Build compelling narratives and sales enablement materials that make complex products accessible and irresistible to businesses. - Develop innovative go-to-market strategies that directly increase adoption of Tik Tok's marketing solutions for Small and Mid-Market businesses in high-potential verticals.
- Own revenue goals for non-commerce SMB segments, tracking your direct contribution to Tik Tok's business growth.
- Create Multi-Channel Campaigns That Convert:
Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across webinars, events, social, email, and more. - Build Game-Changing Content:
Lead content strategy development that positions Tik Tok and its business solutions as the essential partner for business growth.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a product marketing or content strategy role.
- Experience designing and executing content strategies and analyzing content strategy performance.
- Expert communicator with the ability to articulate abstract concepts.
- Ability to identify opportunities, develop project scope and independently lead ideation and execution.

For Pay Transparency:
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $96,000 - $211,112 annually.
