We’re seeking an aspiring communications professional for our paid 12‑week summer internship. You’re an enthusiastic, entrepreneurial individual with a keen curiosity for the ever‑evolving tech landscape, eager to explore both B2B and B2C communications.

Dive headfirst into real‑world projects, gaining invaluable hands‑on experience in client service, research, and media relations with our leading tech brands. Launch your career, contributing directly to impactful campaigns from one of our U.S. offices:
Austin, San Francisco, or New York.

• Support our PR teams in executing communication strategies for leading B2B and B2C tech clients.
• Assist in crafting compelling content, including press releases, media alerts, blog posts, and website copy, bringing tech narratives to life.

• Research media outlets and identify key journalists for targeted outreach.
• Draft engaging pitch emails and follow up to secure valuable media coverage.
• Monitor media coverage, track industry trends, and analyze insights for client reports.

• Support the planning and execution of PR events, from product launches to industry conferences.
• Assist with event logistics, coordination with vendors, and on‑site media relations.
• Actively participate in team meetings, brainstorms, and client calls, bringing your fresh perspective to problem‑solving.
• Maintain essential media lists and editorial calendars, ensuring seamless workflow.

• Genuine enthusiasm for the technology industry and a passion for telling its stories.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and strong proofreading abilities.
• A proactive and adaptable mindset, eager to take on new challenges and responsibilities.

• Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
• Meticulous attention to detail in all your work, from research to reporting.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for creating professional documents, presentations, and reports.
• Media intelligence platforms (Brandwatch, Signal AI, Muck Rack)
• AI tools (ChatGPT and emerging technologies)
