Justworks is seeking a creative and experience‑obsessed Senior Events Marketing Strategist to own and elevate our most important brand moments. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Events, you will lead end‑to‑end execution of Tier 1 and Tier 2 events—including flagship trade shows, conferences, internal events, community activations, and strategic brand partnerships.

• Own end‑to‑end strategy and execution for highest‑priority events, setting a high bar for design, vendor management, and onsite execution.
• Embed AI tools and scalable systems into every phase of event planning, building repeatable playbooks and workflow documentation.
• Lead the planning and execution of key internal events, aligning with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Drive the execution layer of community and brand partnership events, collaborating with Brand, Community, Field Marketing, and Partnerships teams, and build performance‑based business cases.
• Translate brand values into tangible, high‑quality guest experiences, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
• Develop clear event briefs defining audience, goals, messaging, design, and success metrics; align with partner teams.
• Own budgets for Tier 1 events and partnership activations, tracking spend, managing trade‑offs, and responsible use of shared assets.
• Track performance across engagement metrics and deliver timely reporting and recommendations to improve program quality.

• 7+ years of event management experience, with a deep understanding of how events shape brand perception.
• Strong system‑thinking and builder mindset, creating templates, documented processes, and AI‑powered workflows.
• Experience with co‑branded activations and balancing partner goals with brand integrity.
• Detail‑oriented execution from invitation through follow‑up, ensuring seamless delivery.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills with Brand, Field Marketing, Community, and external partners.
• Operates confidently with minimal oversight, managing multiple programs under pressure.

The base wage range for this position based in our New York City office is $131,000 to $169,000 per year. Total compensation varies according to skills, experience, and location.
