• Mentor junior team members and uphold quality standards

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Social Sciences, or related field
• Strong client‑facing and consultative communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple work streams with precision
• Creative and strategic thinker with a curious mindset
• Experience mentoring or guiding team members
