In addition to leading client media strategy, this role will own growth strategy for our internal lead generation properties, where we drive high-volume traffic through search, social, programmatic, native, and display acquisition channels.
The ideal candidate combines deep channel expertise with strong analytical, creative, and operational leadership capabilities, and has experience scaling performance marketing organizations in fast-paced, ROI-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development- Build, mentor, and lead a team of 8 across paid media, SEO, CRO/LPO, creative strategy, analytics, and content.
- Establish operational processes, KPI frameworks, and reporting standards.
- Foster a culture of testing, accountability, innovation, and performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with executive leadership, sales, analytics, product, and operations teams.
- Lead enterprise-level acquisition strategy across all paid and organic media channels.
- Develop scalable growth frameworks across Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, Programmatic, Native, Display, Retargeting, Emerging acquisition channels
- Own media forecasting, budget allocation, and performance optimization across agency and owned media initiatives.
- Drive channel diversification and media innovation strategies.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and incremental growth.
- Oversee strategic direction and performance for agency client accounts.
- Partner with account leadership to develop integrated growth strategies for clients.
- Provide executive-level guidance on:

- Serve as senior escalation point and strategic advisor for key client relationships.
- Support business development, pitches, and strategic growth initiatives.
- Own growth strategy for internal lead generation brands and acquisition funnels.
- Scale traffic acquisition through Search, Social, Programmatic, Native, Display, SEO
- Optimize lead quality, conversion rates, monetization, and downstream revenue performance.
- Develop and execute first-party audience and data strategies.
- Build scalable acquisition frameworks across multiple verticals and funnel types.
- Partner with operations, analytics, and sales leadership to improve lead monetization and customer acquisition economics.
