Job Description

You will lead a high-performing team of Campaign Managers overseeing large-scale creator marketing programs for top-tier brands. As a senior partner to CMO-level stakeholders, you'll manage over $2M in monthly spend, driving account retention and expansion while directly influencing product development and the company's long-term go-to-market strategy.

What You Will Do

  • Manage $2M+ in monthly campaign spend while optimizing performance and operational efficiency across the department.
The ideal candidate
  • Proven experience leading client success or account management teams within creator marketing or digital adtech.
  • Strong track record of managing multi-million dollar budgets and driving growth for enterprise-level brand clients.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to mentor managers and interface confidently with C-suite stakeholders.
