• Assist clients in online analytics, research, and reporting using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive reports regularly to clients.
• Build and nurture online relationships with key influencers (blogger relations) through proactive strategies.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to maximize online and offline integration and results.
• Maintain social processes, quality‑control standards, briefing, copywriting, and reporting.
• Support digital and social initiatives for healthcare brands.

• At least 2 years of experience in social brand management and content creation at a PR agency or similar environment.
• Ability to drive results and consistently meet deadlines.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for exploring new developments in social, digital, and mobile.
• Collaborative spirit and strong teamwork abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional interpersonal abilities.
• Engaged with leading social media news sources and understand public‑relations tools and evolving social media engagement.

$60,000 – $70,000 USD per year, plus performance bonuses, paid time off, and other benefits.
