Director, Press & Communications

Summary

Lead and elevate the North American communications strategy to drive brand desirability, awareness, and cultural relevance through media relations, storytelling, executive communications, and integrated programs. Serve as a senior communications leader, managing the Press & Communications team and aligning regional efforts with global priorities.

• Develop and execute the North American communications strategy in alignment with global brand objectives.
• Drive earned media performance across fashion, luxury, jewelry, watches, lifestyle, business, culture, and entertainment outlets.
• Cultivate relationships with editors, journalists, publishers, and media partners to secure high-impact editorial coverage.
• Oversee press materials, executive messaging, talking points, and briefing documents.
• Lead communications for launches, store openings, high jewelry activations, ambassador announcements, and major events.
• Support executive and corporate communications, including speeches, interviews, and sensitive communications matters.
• Establish KPIs, measure earned media impact, and deliver regular reporting and strategic insights.

• 10+ years of communications, public relations, or media relations experience, preferably in luxury, fashion, jewelry, watches, beauty, hospitality, or lifestyle.
• Proven track record developing and executing high-impact communications strategies that drive brand awareness and desirability.
• Established relationships across leading fashion, luxury, lifestyle, and cultural media.
• Strong leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, strategic thinking, and a bachelor’s degree.
