The Role:

In this role, you’ll oversee digital marketing planning, execution, and optimisation across paid social, programmatic, search, SEO, and influencer channels. You’ll manage internal and agency teams, define testing roadmaps, and ensure performance targets are met. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for digital strategy, budget allocation, and team development.

Salary Range: $150,000 - $180,000. This is a hybrid role that will be based mostly on site from our New York office.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Define the digital media strategy across all channels.
  • Manage paid and organic performance teams and external partners.
  • Set and track campaign KPIs and ensure consistent reporting.
  • Optimise user journeys through data and channel insights.
  • Lead test‑and‑learn initiatives and innovation projects.
  • Collaborate with content, creative, and regional teams.
  • Build relationships with key platforms (Meta, Google, Tik Tok, etc.).
  • Drive customer acquisition and brand growth through digital excellence.
What You'll Bring:
  • Extensive experience in digital marketing leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of media buying platforms and attribution models.
  • Team management and agency coordination skills.
  • Analytical thinker with hands‑on experience in media optimisation.
  • Proven success in subscription‑based or e‑commerce environments.
  • Passion for sport, technology, and performance‑led growth.
