You'll be joining our growth team that focuses on building authentic connections with individuals navigating complex immigration journeys. We're a tight-knit group of 8–12 people who believe in the power of human connection and community-building to help people find the legal support they need. The team collaborates closely with sales, product, and customer success to create seamless experiences that genuinely serve our audience.

Our ideal candidate is a writer with journalistic instincts and a growth marketer's obsession with performance. You have 3+ years writing in a regulated industry (finance, insurance, legal, or similar) - you know how to balance compelling storytelling with accuracy and compliance. You're comfortable extracting knowledge from subject-matter experts, building AI-powered workflows, and owning distribution as much as creation. SEO/AEO experience and a track record growing a Linked In or newsletter audience are a strong plus.

• Own an editorial vertical end-to-end: research, draft, and ship long-form articles, explainers, FAQ hubs, and landing pages that rank in organic and AI search
• Partner with our attorneys to extract expertise and make it accessible to a general audience
• Support webinar content: speaker prep, talking points, follow-up recaps, and repurposed clips
• Build AI workflows to scale research, drafting, and content variants

• Repackage long-form into Linked In posts/carousels, email sequences, and short clips
• Ghostwrite for our attorneys on Linked In in a voice that's recognizably Manifest
• Partner with newsletter editors on segmentation and conversion
• Own the metrics: organic rankings, social referral traffic, newsletter conversions, AI search citations, and attributable consults

You think like an operator, proactively find content gaps, ship without waiting for a brief, and care genuinely about immigration and the people we serve.

You want strategy without execution, need a fully built playbook, treat distribution as someone's problem, or are looking for a remote role.

This position is in-office in NYC, five days a week.
