Genuin is looking for a Digital Strategist who thinks visually, sells narratively, and moves fast. This is not a community management role. It's a pre-sales and customer-facing strategy role built for someone who knows how to turn complex technology into a compelling story, a tight deck, and a clear path to revenue.
You’ll own the creative and strategic layer of the sales cycle, from early prospect conversations through onboarding and first revenue milestones. That means building the presentations, use case frameworks, solution briefs, and visual assets that help retailers, consumer services brands, and media and entertainment publishers understand exactly how Genuin’s platform works, why it matters, and what it unlocks for their business.
If you’ve spent time in a media agency, a publisher, or a platform environment translating product capabilities into client pitches and getting them over the finish line, this is your next chapter.
What You’ll Do:Be the strategic and creative engine behind prospect conversations. Build decks, one-pagers, solution briefs, and visual narratives that bring Genuin’s platform to life for specific verticals, use cases, and buyer personas. Translate product capabilities into business outcomes buyers can see themselves in.
Partner closely with sales and business development to move prospects through the funnel faster. Develop tailored pitch materials, follow-up assets, and leave-behinds that address specific prospect challenges, use cases, and revenue goals. Know how to speak to a CMO, a Head of Commerce Media, and a VP of Digital Product, sometimes in the same deck.
Build a library of use cases, workflow visuals, and product demos across Genuin’s platform that can be customized for each prospect conversation. Make abstract product capabilities concrete and visual. Show the before and after.
Once a deal closes, help set the stage for fast, confident implementation. Develop onboarding materials, success roadmaps, and milestone frameworks that give new clients a clear picture of what launch looks like and what revenue milestones to expect.
Own the quality and visual coherence of all prospect and customer-facing materials. This means hands-on work in PowerPoint, Keynote, or equivalent tools, not just directing others. You have a point of view on what great looks like and you execute it.
Convert product and use case visuals, customer success data, and promotional priorities into social media assets, newsletter/marketing outbound content, and case studies.
Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to stay current on platform capabilities, roadmap priorities, and real customer outcomes. Translate those inputs into fresh sales assets quickly.
