About You
We're looking for an entrepreneurial commercial leader to build Xsolla's brand partnerships business from the ground up.
This is not a traditional sales role. We're seeking someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys creating new revenue streams, and has experience bringing innovative advertising, commerce, loyalty, identity, and consumer engagement products to market.
You will work at the intersection of gaming, commerce, advertising, identity, and consumer engagement to help leading brands connect with millions of gamers through Xsolla's ecosystem.
The ideal candidate has experience selling into brands, agencies, loyalty teams, media buyers, retail marketers, and commerce organizations. They understand how to translate product capabilities into compelling business outcomes and are comfortable helping define both go-to-market strategy and product direction.
This role will be responsible for establishing Xsolla's brand-side commercial motion, identifying early lighthouse customers, developing strategic partnerships, and helping shape the next generation of Xsolla advertising and consumer products.

What You'll OwnBuild Xsolla's Brand Commercial Business
- Develop and execute Xsolla's brand-side commercial strategy.
- Establish and scale a repeatable sales motion for brand partnerships.
- Identify, prioritize, and close early lighthouse partnerships.
- Build relationships with brands, agencies, loyalty platforms, retailers, and financial services companies.
- Create scalable partnership frameworks that can grow into a global business.
- Serve as Xsolla's commercial leader for non-gaming and non-performance marketing demand partnerships.
- Build relationships across brand marketing, media, CRM, loyalty, growth, and innovation teams.
- Develop partnerships that drive value across Xsolla's advertising, rewards, identity, and commerce ecosystem.
- Establish Xsolla as a strategic platform for brands seeking meaningful engagement with gaming audiences.
- Act as the voice of the market for products including:
- Xsolla Ads
- Xsolla Rewards
- Xsolla
- Xsolla Backpack
- Xsolla Choice
- Future audience, loyalty, and advertising products
- Gather customer feedback and influence product roadmaps.
- Help define packaging, positioning, pricing, and commercial models.
- Partner with Product and Marketing teams to bring new solutions from concept to market.
- Identify opportunities for:
- Sponsored rewards
- Brand-funded offers
- Loyalty integrations
- Audience targeting solutions
- Identity-powered marketing products
- Commerce and retail partnerships
- Build business cases and commercial frameworks for new products and services.
- Partner with Product, Data, and Marketing teams to define measurement frameworks for brand partners.
- Develop brand lift, incrementality, attribution, engagement, and conversion methodologies that demonstrate partner value.
- Help shape how Xsolla measures and communicates success for emerging brand-focused products.
