Summary

The Senior Manager, Paid Media (Brand) leads global paid media strategy and execution across online and offline channels, reporting to the Senior Director of Paid Media. This role builds measurement frameworks, drives test-and-learn roadmaps, manages cross-functional projects, and develops talent to optimize media performance. The manager partners with agencies, platform partners, and internal stakeholders to scale paid initiatives and inform investment decisions.

• Oversee global media planning and execution across digital and offline channels, ensuring alignment to market lifecycle and localization needs.
• Develop and implement scalable measurement methodologies and testing frameworks (e.g., MMM, brand tracking, split testing).
• Project manage cross-functional initiatives, align on KPIs, identify roadblocks, and optimize processes.
• Lead agency and platform partner relationships, run QBRs, and drive performance accountability.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to recommend new technologies and tactics.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of marketing experience in paid media (brand) with a strong analytics focus.
• Experience leading and developing teams with proven project management skills.
• Solid understanding of media measurement solutions and testing implementation (MMM, brand tracking, split testing).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and budget management skills; proficiency with marketing technologies and analytics tools.
