Growth Marketing Coordinator

We’re an early-stage startup moving fast, and we’re looking for a curious, driven Growth Marketing Coordinator to own and grow our social presence, nurture leads through email and SMS, and help us build a content engine from the ground up. This is a rare chance to get in early, make a real impact, and grow alongside the company.

Organic social campaigns — Plan, create, and manage social content across relevant channels. Build and execute campaign funnels from awareness to conversion.

Email & SMS marketing — Write and schedule campaigns, manage lists, build out automated sequences, and track performance metrics.

SEO & content strategy — Research keywords, write or coordinate blog content, and help establish our brand as a trusted voice in the space.

Reporting & iteration — Track key metrics across channels, share regular updates with the team, and use data to improve what’s working.

1–2 years of experience in marketing, content, or a related role (internships count)

Strong writing skills and a good eye for what makes content resonate on social

Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar)

Basic understanding of SEO fundamentals and keyword research

Graphic design & AI tools — Create basic visual content and use AI tools to improve efficiency, automate tasks, and enhance marketing results.

Self-starter mentality — comfortable in ambiguity and excited to figure things out
