Social Media Manager at Elite Legal Marketing

Responsibilities

• Client Management & Strategy
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for social media clients.
  • Lead kickoff calls, ongoing meetings, and strategy sessions.
  • Translate client goals into actionable social media strategies.
  • Build and present creative briefs that align with legal industry standards.
• Content & Campaign Development
  • Collaborate with internal designers, videographers, editors, and writers to create high‑performing social media content.
  • Ensure all creative assets align with the client’s brand, tone, and regulatory requirements.
  • Draft and schedule posts across Meta, Linked In, You Tube, Tik Tok, and other platforms.
  • Launch and manage Meta ad campaigns (Facebook and Instagram), including audience targeting, creative testing, and performance optimization.
• Reporting & Optimization
  • Track performance metrics and provide regular insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Continuously improve content and ad strategies based on performance data and evolving platform trends.

• Proven experience (3+ years) managing social media for brands or agencies.
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, content strategy, and paid social trends.
• Confident running client meetings and communicating strategy clearly.
• Experience creating or contributing to creative briefs and campaign planning.
• Ability to collaborate across departments (design, video, copy).
• Legal marketing experience is a major plus.
• Comfortable interpreting brand guidelines and maintaining compliance, especially in regulated industries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Familiarity with legal advertising rules and state bar regulations.
• Experience with law firm clients or legal tech.
• Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe tools, or short‑form video editing platforms.
• Insight into reputation management, review strategy, or client intake funnels.
