Head of Marketing - Equity Only Position
Manna is an AI-powered nutrition coach on a mission to bring Food Clarity to the millions struggling with metabolic conditions like diabetes, prediabetes, and insulin resistance. Co‑founded by a Family Physician, our innovative mobile application uses AI image recognition and seamless CGM integration to provide real‑time, personalized glycemic insights, moving beyond generic advice to give users the data they need to take control of their health.
We are in a high‑growth phase, rapidly securing clinical pilot programs and scaling our D2C user base.
- Own D2C Acquisition:
Design, manage, and scale performance marketing channels (Facebook, Google, ASO) to drive efficient app installs and premium subscriptions. - Content & Brand Strategy:
Oversee all content creation, including the blog, social media (leveraging the "Empathetic Expert" voice), and SEO to establish Manna as a trusted authority in metabolic health. - Clinical Sales Enablement:
Develop high impact materials (case studies, presentations, outcome reports) required to secure B2B pilots and partnerships with clinics, health systems, and corporate wellness programs. - Market Analysis:
Conduct competitive analysis and deeply understand target audience pain points to optimize messaging and identify new growth opportunities. - Analytics & Reporting:
Establish clear KPIs (CAC, LTV, Conversion Rates) and own the entire marketing analytics stack, ensuring every dollar spent is measurable and effective. - Cross‑Functional Leadership:
Work closely with the CEO, CTO, and Medical Advisory Board to translate product innovation into compelling market narratives.
- 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in B2C SaaS or mobile application marketing (driving installs/subscriptions).
- Must have experience building and scaling Paid Acquisition (Meta/Google Ads) and ASO (App Store Optimization).
- Demonstrated experience or deep understanding of the Digital Health or Wellness space is highly preferred. Experience navigating clinical or regulated messaging is a significant asset.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of using data (SQL, Google Analytics, etc.) to inform strategy and optimize funnel performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of shifting tone from consumer‑facing excitement to clinical credibility.
