We’re looking for an Account Director who has a passion for omnichannel marketing, a propensity to solve complex business challenges, exceptional attention to detail, and strong leadership skills. The candidate should be a self‑motivated leader who can manage multiple priorities while providing proactive client communication, leading cross‑functional teams, and delivering measurable business results.

This senior‑level role will be a leading member of our Client Services team and collaborate with internal Customer Intelligence, Creative, SEO, Paid Media, Direct Mail, Email, and Analytics teams. They should have a deep understanding of the omnichannel marketing landscape and Amsive’s full suite of services to identify opportunities and deliver strategic recommendations.

This role also provides leadership through direct management of junior Client Services team members while mentoring cross‑functional teams to ensure exceptional client service and delivery.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead and direct cross‑functional teams in building, developing, and delivering omnichannel marketing programs to achieve client objectives and business outcomes.
  • Leverage strong data‑driven experience to interpret data and analytics, helping to craft the narrative that illustrates the impact of our programs on the client’s business.
  • Serve as the primary day‑to‑day strategic client lead, driving overall client satisfaction, long‑term partnership growth, and proactive account leadership.
  • Become proficient in company‑designated tools for success in project and account management.
  • Create and proactively manage internal timelines for projects and programs through proactive communication.
  • Accurately track time and resource utilization within Amsive’s project management platform.
  • Schedule, organize, and facilitate client campaign initiatives across all agency channels; hold regular internal meetings to guide client conversation for clarity and productivity.
  • Communicate with clients on a regular basis, including weekly or monthly calls to review campaign performance, recommending omni‑channel marketing strategies and campaign optimizations.
  • Oversee implementation, delivery, and execution of program promise; manage client expectations by providing timing and budget implications of scope change requests.
  • Oversee forecasting, invoicing, scope management, and overall account profitability while ensuring financial performance aligns with agency goals.
